Ceramic wear-resistant (based on actual reports) elbow, also known as corundum ceramic lined wear-resistant (based on actual reports) composite elbow, is a type of ceramic composite steel pipe. Ceramic composite steel pipes are manufactured using a high-tech production process called self ignition high-temperature clutch synthesis method. The pipe is composed of three layers, namely corundum ceramic, transition layer, and steel, from the inside out. The ceramic layer forms dense corundum ceramic (AL2O3) at high temperatures above 2200 ℃, and forms a strong bond with the steel pipe through the transition layer. Composite pipes, due to their excellent strength, toughness, performance, welding performance, as well as high hardness, wear resistance (based on actual reports), corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, have overcome the characteristics of low hardness, poor performance, and poor ceramic toughness of steel pipes
